Do you think it's worth spending millions on defending our planet against asteroids? Why or why not?
Asteroids are nowadays a word that we hear a lot, although it is not something that we could see and affirm that it would damage the world.
First of all, asteroids are not expected to crash into the planet, as it is not something that happens all the time. I have never heard of an asteroid crashing into Earth, that's why I would not really feel insecure because of it.
In addition, they are completely out of human's control, because if it crashed, it would be really rare.
In conclusion, if a catastrophe like this should happen, it would happen even though we'd be all life long working hard to avoid it. It all depends on the destiny of each person.
