Do you think it is worth spending millions on defending our planet against asteroids?

Humans in their nature have an instinct of protecting people, animals or things that they love and care about. So, if they can't protect them from the asteroids, how are they supposed to protect them?

That is why I think that it is necesary to spend millions on defending our planet against asteroids to keep people alive and living in relax. It is absoulutly worth it, because if we don't spend money in the protection of our planet, that means, in our protection; in what are we going to spend it?

Our safety, is the most important thing, if we want to keep alive the human race. So I don't think that a cople of millions is something difficult to spend. If it is an important reason, like the planet is.

As we know, an explosion of an asteroid can cause millions of death, and if it is big enough, it can destroy a big part of Earth. So, in my opinion, it is intolerable to allow this to happen.

Spending millions in our protection can not be compared to the lost of millions of lifes.
